The diagonostic characters obtained from investigated parameters such as organoleptic, microscopical, powder characters, physico-chemical constants, TLC fingerprinting profile of leaf are given. The data obtained by this study lead to Pharmacognostic Standardization of Cymbopogon citratus (DC.) Stapf. leaf.
