3. (Vacancy No. 19091203128) One Drugs Inspector (Unani), Directorate of AYUSH, Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of NCT of Delhi (UR-01). The post is temporary but likely to be continue. Pay Scale: Level8 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. General Central Service, Group `B’, Gazetted Non- Ministerial. Age: 30 years. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: (A) EDUCATIONAL: (a) (i) Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science or Medicine with specialization in clinical Pharmacology or Micro-biology from a recognized University. (ii) Atleast one year’s practical experience in Unani Pharmacy OR (b) Degree in Unani System of Medicine from a recognised University or a State Government or a statutory faculty, council or Board of Indian System of Medicine recognised by Central the Government / State Governments for this purpose OR (c) Diploma in Unani System of Medicine granted by a State Government or an institution recognised by the Central Government or a State Government for this purpose. NOTE- I: Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified. NOTE- II: The qualification(s) regarding experience is/are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes, if at any stage of selection, the Union Public Service Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them. DESIRABLE: Experience in testing/ manufacturing of Unani Drugs or experience in inspection of firms manufacturing Unani Drugs. DUTIES: (i) To inspect premises licensed for manufacture of Unani Drugs. (ii) To send a detailed report after each inspection forthwith to the Controlling Authority. (iii) To take samples of the drugs manufactured on the premises and send them for test or analysis. (iv)To institute prosecution in respect of violation of the Act and the Rules made there under. HQ: Delhi under Government of NCT of Delhi. 5. (Vacancy No.19091205128) Four Medical Officer (Unani), Directorate of AYUSH, Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of NCT of Delhi (SC-01, ST-01, EWS-01, UR-01). The posts are suitable for Physically Challenged Persons viz. Locomotor Disability /Cerebral Palsy /Leprosy Cured/Dwarfism/ Acid Attack Victims /Muscular Dystrophy with disability i.e. One Leg affected (R or L) (OL) or One arm affected (R or L) (OA). The posts are temporary but likely to continue. Pay Scale: Level-10 + NPA (Revised) in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. Group `A’, General Duty Medical Officers of Indian System of Medicine. Age: 35 years. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATIONAL: (i) Degree in Unani of a recognized University or Statutory State Board/ Council of equivalent recognized under the Indian Medicine Central Council ACT, 1970 (48 of 1970). (ii) Enrolment on State Register or Central Register of Unani. NOTE- I: Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
